A multinational conglomerate in the wine and spirits business is a diversified producer and marketer of high quality consumer products. Headquartered in Louisville, Kentucky, this company employs more than 6,700 people in the U.S. and abroad. They produce and market many of the most well-known and best-loved wines and spirits in the world.
Situation
This large company was seeking an LMS that would need to deploy on a rapid timeline. The LMS deployment would affect all subsidiary companies and employees. They researched multiple LMS providers nationally. Their selection committee narrowed their choices down to two providers and conducted a 'head to head' review, which yielded a clear winner from a functionality and price perspective. Solo Learning was seven-times less the cost of the other finalist.
Solution
The Solo Learning implementation team worked closely with the company to pre-populate the site with identified users, administrators, trainers and supervisors. Additionally, remotely completing the installation avoided costly travel and related expenses. The company had a complete installation within 45 days. Currently, they have over 180 course titles loaded and services employees globally.
